They were running an offer and it was to get rid of the 2015. They didn't have any more 2015's so they gave me a 2016 for the same price. So, they gave me the offer even though they didn't have to. I am planning on buying another car this year. The sales person was amazing. He's great. I wish I could remember his name.

The mechanic quickly spotted the source of the burn smell and it was a quick cheap fix (grocery bag blew up into undercarriage and melted onto a pipe); the oil change went fine, and lights were fixed (not sure what the problem was). The real issue was the price to replace the DVD player. It was over $700. We opted not to have the work done since we can buy portable DVD players for about $100 and can use them anywhere in the car or out.

It was part of the service that came with the purchase of the car. The service took a while to take place but it was well done once finished. The man seemed honest and told me I need to change my Transmission fluid but it could wait until the next visit if I chose too. Which I appreciated.

My service consultant Mike Buckner was very nice and very professional. I had taken the car into this place a couple of times before but they didn't get to the bottom of the issue. Mike did and found out that it was a bigger issue and contacted Honda to get their help on determining the real issue. (Issue was with the switching back and forth between the 3 and 6 cylinders). The engine light and traction light came on the ECO light was off. Everything cost about $4500, but thank goodness that it was still under warranty.

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT USE MIKE AS
A SERVICE ADVISOR!
My car has been dealer-kept at this Honda dealer. When it came time to
replace the front struts, the service was done there, and both camber
and toe adjustments of the car are completely off. Front tires are
wearing very irregularly. Looking at previous repairs, it is clear that
they always try to convince you to replace small parts that require a
lot of money in maintenance hours. Now, they claim that they offered me
the alignment (they never did), and that the service is out of
warranty.
This is the best reason never to purchase a Honda in Tampa: there are no
reliable dealers that you can trust not to sabotage your car.

They finished quicker than they said it would take. They went ahead and made sure that my insurance would cover it. They gave me a loaner car to use, while my car was in the shop. They got the price perfect and they were quick. I will use them again.

Tampa Honda Land are very good, they get you in quickly, they are not very good at telling you exactly what you will be paying ahead of time and at explaining but we still go there because it is cheaper to maintain our car there.

Tampa Honda Land are helpful, friendly, they took care of it right away, the service didn't take too long while I waited there, they always fix any problems, and I haven't had any trouble with my car after they have done the work.
