Kevin and his team removed the carpet and tack strips, helped move a few VERY heavy and/or fragile pieces of furniture, prepared the surface and laid the tile in the pattern of our choice. They provided grout and used the tiles we had purchased ourselves (after searching 7 stores in order to get the best color match to tiles we had laid 6 years previously that were no longer available). Despite a difference in size and hue, transition from our current tile floors to these newly tiled rooms is attractive and looks 'custom' The work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The team was SUPER respectful of our ages (71/64) and concern about COVID19 protocol. They were also pleasant, extremely competent , and worked jovially and seamlessly together to get the job done.
