TAMPA BAY GARAGE DOOR

I located Tampa Bay Garage Door and 2 others on Angies List after the springs fractured on my garage door. I started calling at 4:50 pm on Feb. 2. Tampa Bay was the second one I called (after getting an answering machine at the first). Charles, the owner, answered the phone. I described the situation and he described the fix, the amount of time (45 minutes to an hour) and the price ($240) to replace the 2 springs. He was available the next morning and told me he'd be by at 8 am. I left earlier but he met my wife at exactly 8 am on Feb. 3 as promised. He did the job at the quoted price in the estimated amount of time. He was courteous, clean and professional. I would certainly use Charles and Tampa Bay Garage Door again.

Charles was at my house in an hour after calling him. Very honest and does high quality work. Talking to him I learned that 87% of his clients are previous clients. I will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend him. He won't try and sell you anything that you don't need.

I could not manually open the garage door (and the car was inside). I was treated professionally on the phone and was scheduled within two hours. Mr. Hill arrived early, determined the problem and went right to work to reset the cables and install a new fixture on the door. He also secured some loose and missing screws and oiled the springs and rollers. I don't have competitive pricing, but for the efficient and professional service and, especially to get the car out of the garage -- priceless! When I eventually have to replace the door, I will definitely call him.

Mr. Hill arrived next day and day after performed all work that was agreed on.

Very prompt and finished when he said he would. Did very good job. Overall, pleasant experience. No sub contracting, gentle I talked to on the phone was the same on that did the work. Did not pressure into buying anything extra that wasn't needed.

I had a very good experience with this company. The owner/operator is extremely professional and helpful. He's a little pricey but well worth it.

AN ABSOLUTELY SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE. TIMELY, PLEASANT, PROMPT. ABSOLUTELY A+. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE USING A REFERENCE FROM ANGIE'S LIST WILL BE DIFFICULT TO IMPROVE UPON.

CALLED AND TOLD THEM ANGIES LIST REFERED ME AND I NEEDED SPRINGS REPLACED. HE SAID HE'D BE OUT THAT DAY AND HE WAS. HE DIDNT HAVE THE NEEDED SPRINGS ON HIS TRUCK AND SAID HE'D CALL ME WHEN HE GOT BACK TO THE OFFICE. HE FOUND ANOTHER TECH SOMEWHERE CLOSE AND WAS BACK IN LESS THAN 1/2 HOUR TO REPLACE SPRINGS. VERY QUICK AND HELPFUL.
