I hired Luis to come and do a sewer pipe connection for me. I had already dug the trench. All I needed was for him at his company to come and fit it. They came out. They laid the pipe. Some of it was flat and I failed my inspection. I complained. He came out the next day. He did not glue any of the fittings together and I failed again Then he came out again to fix and instead of using the proper pipe, he wrapped a bigger pipe sleeve around the pipe and when the inspector came, he just touched it and it fell out. He said it was the most bullshit thing he had ever seen. I highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing! My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced the same day. Alfonso was super quick to respond and was out mere hours later with a new water heater. Got the water heater, a new drip pan, and even a better shut off valve installed in no time. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs in the future. They were also the most competitively priced out of the companies I talked to.

Alfonso (the owner) and his co-worker were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and presented themselves in a safe COVID-19 manner (with masks). Cleaned up completely at the conclusion of the job. I believe they did the job as if they were doing the installation in their own homes. What more could anyone ask for? Sunshine Plumbing is now at the very top of my go-to list for any future plumbing work.

I really like Alfonso, he & his crew were very polite & worked very hard. Had family illness so jib went longer but understood. They helped w/moving book shelves & basically moved everything far south wall & center of room. I was concern why the house was not put back in place as I asked & he said it would be. We R on a fixed income, didn't know we would have to hire to fix holes in walls w/plaster board & paint. Still haven't done that, because of expense. They didn't put any vinyl covers or anything to cover any items in Hobbyroom; books, electronics, supplies, scrapbooking-everything from stickers, paper, pictures, CD/DVR/DVD's, printers, laptops - dust on everything that I've had to hire someone 2 clean & can't put things in place/away due 2 having 2 wash/clean all dust off everything 1-piece @ a time. Right now all @ a standstill because of coronavirus & I really can't do (disable), takes 2 much out of me. Didn't put water heater back in place so it causes storage issues & more holes 2 fix. Didn't get copy of permit after filing. Other than that Alfonso & his crew were great, but would get a better understanding of what else needs 2 B done.

Alfonso showed up within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared to drain. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. A total thumbs up!

The worker was here in less than 40 minutes when I called him on a Saturday afternoon. He was professional and very helpful, and so far, the repaired pipe is holding. He even installed the new fixtures for the inside of the toilet. I would definitely hire him again. His price was very reasonable for the work he did.

Alfonso arrived on time, I told him the problem I was having with my toilets overflowing, he said it sounded like the sewage line from the house to the street was backed up. He sent an electric snake through the line to unclog the stoppage. Mentioned there was possible a crack in the line from a tree root and when it rains a lot it could seep into the drain line.

Was quick and thorough made sure we knew all the options of what can be done before doing the work.

Alphonso was prompt and very careful to not make a mess when snaking the drain.

I needed for them to use the snake on the roof, which in the past, it always cleared the kitchen clog. He did not want to go on the roof because it was raining slightly. He tried to unclog it at the bottom of the sink, which failed. He then said to clear the clog he would need to cut a hole in the outside of the house and change the pipe. The cost would be about $550 and $600 if he changed other pipes in the sink. When I asked if he would try to unclog it from the roof, he said ok. He did go on the roof and cleared the drain at last. It was still raining slightly, so why did he do what he didn't want to do at the beginning. The total charge was $295 and did not give me a description on the charges on the receipt, which I noticed after he left. I think the charge would've been about $100 if he went on to the roof at the beginning. I was happy that the drain was cleared but not happy that he didn't do what has been done since I lived here for 49 years. I did not use the costumer service. He was the only one I talked to over the phone.

On time, good price for a saturday, really nice guy. Will definitely use them again.
