It was a very good cleaning, especially considering limited time they had. The team came as it was scheduled, they worked professionally and were detailed oriented. One of the issues with our previous cleaning services was that they all put too much cleaner on our hardwood floors, so the floors always were a little bit sticky. This time our floors looked excellent. We shall definitely hire them again. One little suggestion - to improve communication via email and answer quicker.

I bought a cleaning package from Angie's List and i was not very happy with it. You had to call them multiple times, but they don't have enough people to do that. Obviously they use the specials to drum up business but they don't have the manpower to handle what those things generate and you have to call them multiple to times to get in. When they get in it is like i could have run the feather duster the same way they didn't do. it was horrible. My house has been cleaned by a cleaning service for the better part of two decades and they were one of the worst. About a month after I bought the big deal was when they showed up. They showed up on a one time slot because Angie's List said they would reach out to us -- we never got a phone call. I had to remember that I bought it and locate the contact people and leave them messages. I wanted to see how they cleaned -- they didn't. They showed up in the wrong time slot.

I took a Big Deal with this service. The deal was for an extensive deep clean. The girls did a basic cleaning. They were done in a couple of hours. The price I paid was fair for a basic cleaning, but the work did not approach the deep clean that the deal offered.

The cleaning went well. They sent 2 people for 3 hours and they did a thorough job. I did not like that even though I had sent my availability via Angie's List and waited over a week, nobody contacted me. I eventually called to schedule. Was told that they do not do any appointments on Fridays. This should have been listed on the coupon.

Juan and Erma were a little later arriving (this first time) than scheduled, but went to work immediately giving a thorough cleaning of those areas I wanted done and I am pleased with the resulting cleanliness. They got almost all of those rooms /items i wanted cleaned and included a few more in the two hours they were here (cleaning the garbage bins in our kitchen pull-out cabinet, the fan in our great room). I was pleased enough to request that they return 4 weeks from now, something i only do when I AM pleased that i am getting good service. Both were friendly, polite, good with our Labrador (whom we mostly kept out of the way) and business like. I look forward to having them clean our home in the future.

Since it was their first time ...too much time was spent deciding who would do what. As they realized I wasn't paying for more time they picked up speed and at least got my floors mopped which was the most important task...but a lot was left undone for me to complete.
