Sunrise Landscape-Landcare

I had an extremely bad experience with Sunrise Landscaping. It cost $2000, which my husband paid and there was a small problem between my husband and I over it because I never would have paid it. It was disastrous. He made promises that he didn't fulfill, after I had agreed to the work. He did not tell me, but he went on vacation for two weeks. Because of his going on vacation, work stopped. My yard was left a mess for those two weeks. The landscape that was planted was not planted appropriately. We lost some of the bushes. It was just a very, very bad experience. What stood out was the timeliness of the work. He was not honest, in my opinion. I had plants that died because they were almost set on top of the ground and covered with mulch, they were not planted appropriately. It was just a total disaster. I would not have paid him actually for the work done.

They were good and they come every week.

They worked with our builder with the landscaping and we decided to keep them. They are dependable.

They were very creative and they offered a lot of ideas for how I could better accomplish what I wanted. They offered a lot of suggestions on plants that would be eco-friendly, drought and freeze tolerant. They also offered suggestions about which trees would compliment my home. They did a very good job with the original work. They are slow to return phone calls, however once they committed to the project the follow through was very good. I was impressed with how quickly they came back out when I called them for some plant issues. They came right out and did all of the work for free.
