+ 0 moreIt was very easy to make an appointment with them. Scott called and confirmed the day of cleaning and arrived promptly. He accessed the situation (I have 5 dogs, need I say more) and proceeded to apply a deep cleaning spot treatment on the areas that needed it and a cleaning solution everywhere else. He was in and out and was very focused at the task at hand and my carpets were very clean with minimal wetness. In my profession, I use "trades" like this often and he has been my "go to" cleaner for a while now. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with Scott and Steamers. I recommend them to everyone I know for their carpet cleaning needs.
