Since I don't buy air conditioners often I had 3 quotes & chose to use the company my family used in the past. It was a competitive price.

Carl and his team (especially Tony) were focused on making sure that we were happy.
They were delayed at a different job and unable to start on the day we had discussed but they communicated this to us so it was no big deal.
The job was labor-intensive (3 days in the crawl space under our home) but the crew always had a positive attitude and were professional.
There were a few things that needed to be addressed/cleaned up at the end but Carl and Tony listened and did what we wanted done.

They were great. They showed up when they said they would. They were very professional. When we called them, we thought they were going to have to replace the air handler, but they just fixed a few things and they said don't replace it if it is not broken. I feel they are very trustworthy.

I'VE USED THEM FOR 9 YEARS AND HAD ALWAYS RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE BEFORE. THEY WERE BOUGHT OUT BY SOMEONE ELSE AND NOW IT SEEMS LIKE ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SELL ME NEW PRODUCTS AND NOT REPAIR WHAT I'VE GOT.
