They make sure that there is always continuity between people. They make sure that there's somebody who has experience with your particular house and what you want done so you don't have to explain it to everybody every time which is nice. They all speak English. They do a good job and the staff is always good. The owner comes by occasionally and makes sure that everything is as it should be, so there is some quality control.
