I posted a previous rating that was less than stellar on Angies List and Yelp. Danny was out in an hour and fixed my issue and reimbursed the key cutting charge. Stuff does happen. Fixing the problem is good customer service. This is a repost of my rating. I would use this locksmith in the future.

Danny arrived as scheduled and installed my new locks quickly. He suggested I replace a locking door knob I didn't need to keep me from accidently locking myself out of the house. He adjusted the strike plate plates for the dead bolts and knob lock tongues so that the doors lock more easily. He also suggested I purchase a specialized lock for my sliding glass door and told me who I could contact to install it, as it is not a product he sells.
Description of Work: Installed new locks in a home I purchased the day before. Installed two new lock cylinders and replaced an unneeded locking door knob.

Great, very satisfied. Great company who won't rip you off or take advantage of you.
Description of Work: I was searching around for a locksmith to help me, I needed to get a lock changed on my front door. I called 3 different companies, nobody responded, finally I called smart locks. Danny was at my house within 25 minutes! He replaced the deadbolt on my front door and rekeyed my lock to match my existing key. He was very knowledgable and explained each step. Very polite and a family owned business. .i will recommend Smart Locks to everybody I know and will use them in the future!
