Skywater Pool Services

The owner responded and provided a competitive bid for reviving my swimming pool which was in bad shape following me getting a foreclosed house. He acid washed the pool and got it up and running properly. He did a good job for those purposes. Following the pool rehab where he dropped the ball was in providing poor responsiveness and lack of upkeep for the pool with respect to lack of chemicals and spotty vacuuming. I couldn't figure out why algae kept coming back and I determined that the chlorinator was completely empty and chemicals hadn't been put into the pool. This was probably an attempt to reduce margins and increase profits, but at the expense of providing adequate service. I would only recommend Skywater pools if you need a rehab or initial restoration of a defunct pool, but not for continuing services. To his credit the owner waived the montly service bill due to dissastisfaction with lack of maintenance services received.
