Always the same, staff are for the most part douches, they seem disinterested. Consistently understaffed ; I waited approx. 10min as the only person in line at a cash register to be rung up for a sale of over $100. From now on I will go to Shootersworld, any out door range, and quot;thee rangeand quot; in plant city. Anywhere but shoot straight.

Store has a good selection of arms. Staff is knowledgable and not pushy.

The staff that I encountered were very helpful, not all of them were experts but if they didn't know it they would put you in the right direction.

Employees very professional. Facilities very clean and neat. Price was reasonable. Would definitely go again. I have used this firing range many times and found that it is much better than others I have used.

I've personally fired a .22, .380, 9mm, and a 1911 .45 there. I prefer an outdoor range, but this indoor range serves it's purpose for practice.
We've dealt with Tommy, Christina, DJ, Ervan and several others. My husband and I are very pleased with them. Never had a bad experience.
They have an excellent selection of firearms.

They have a very large amount of guns to choose from. They do have a shooting range, everything seems to be fine in that respect but they didn't have enough ammunition for anyone to try 9mm guns. When my husband asked if we could bring in our own ammunition because they have none, they said yes. So then we showed up with some and a different person there said I don't know who told you that, you can't do that. We talked to him and he was very very rude acting, sarcastic and very arrogant. When we turned around to leave, they even said that they won't miss, it's not their loss we didn't buy there. They are extremely arrogant people.

Their facility is well-maintained. They have a lot of people to help and their prices are good. They run a good sales.

I chose them as I had seen their ads and walked into their shop. They were very professional. There was no pressure to buy, but they gave me a lot of information on the products that they were selling as well as what I was asking for. I would recommend them. They were excellent on price and responsiveness. The quality was excellent since they had good products. In terms of their punctuality, there wasn't an appointment made, but the guy stayed with me for about an hour and a half explaining everything.
