I hired Maria for a recurring housecleaning service. I asked for a deep cleaning the first time as I wanted my home to have a good cleaning first as I have cats and a dog. Maria and her crew showed up on time as scheduled. She cleaned my home from top to bottom, cleaned all window blinds, sills, baseboards, sliding glass door tracks on all three of my sliding doors, moved all furniture as well as moving the fridge, stove, washer and dryer. I was very pleased with the job and intend on hiring her permanently. I have had three other housecleaning services that just did not stand up to my standards. Maria is the best by far. I would recommend her and her crew.

The responsiveness and thoroughness of Maria and her team make me glad we hired them. The initial deep cleaning addressed areas that had been ignored for a while but, when the 3-member team finished, the house was absolutely shining. We have now had bi-weekly cleanings for several months. The cleaning team is reliable, arrives on time, is thorough and efficient. We are always pleased with the results. We highly recommend them.

Maria and her staff have been cleaning our house for several years. They come reliably and have never missed a scheduled cleaning. Maria always lets us know if there will be a delay in their regular arrival time, and she is flexible to accommodate special requests or a change of schedule in a given week. We have never had any reason to question the integrity and honesty of anyone who has cleaned our house (and previously, we had to dismiss a housecleaning firm because we caught an employee stealing prescription painkillers). While they are here, they work steadily and efficiently, and the house is clean and neat when they leave.

Shining Cleaning Services has been cleaning our home bi-weekly and sometimes weekly for over 12 years. They always do an excellent job. We have hardwoods in the main areas, tile in the bathrooms, and carpeting in the bedrooms. Although we don't have pets, we do have kids and Shining handles all the mess. They are easy to work with - rescheduling appointments or switching days based on our travel and needs, like before or after a family event/holidays. We have never had an issue giving them full access to our home even when we are not there. We trust them completely and highly recommend them for their quality service and commitment.

The team was very thorough and responsive to my needs. During the initial deep clean the 3-member team touched every surface of the house to ensure we were dust free after a renovation. Two women have been coming every other week now for a few months to do a general cleaning. They do a great job cleaning up after a messy toddler, dog and 2 cats. They do 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, office and main living areas. We have all hard floors which they mop. I have and would continue to recommend their services to friends.

Maria and her staff arrived when promised and worked very hard and methodically. They cleaned places I don't remember cleaning in many years. I came home to a very fresh and clean smelling house. The floor was spotless. They cleaned behind and under the major appliances. The bathrooms are spotless and reminded my wife of the cleanliness at a resort. Ceiling fans and shutters looked like new. I now have a regularly scheduled cleaning day.

Maria and her team are very professional, careful, thorough, honest, dependable, and pleasant. They follow instructions completely. They dust and polish the furniture, clean mirrors, countertops, scrub showers and tubs, vacuum and mop the floor, wipe out the microwave and refrigerator, and clean the front porch and the lanai and the sliding glass doors. I love the feel and smell of a newly cleaned house! The last time they were here, they cleaned for the holidays--so that was the latest service. However, Maria has been cleaning my house for over EIGHT YEARS now. She is the BEST!
