Excellent. Quick response. Bess Shipman and her daughter, Ramona, were so pleasant. The challenging pulley mechanism was fixed and the cord was replaced on an oversized pleated shade that hangs across my sliders.This was an in-home service. Bess is extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and the repair was more than fairly priced. Thank you Bess and Ramona.

Our new kitten decided he likes to chew on the strings and cords of wood blinds. The and quot;lifetime warrantyand quot; from the manufacturer did not cover pet damage. We were asked to ship them at our expense for and quot;evaluationand quot; of the cost to repair. Obviously this would have left us and quot;exposedand quot; from windows with no covering for some time. Instead, we looked for someone local.
Bess was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We delivered the blinds to her shop. She had to restring the entire system for 2 blinds - one 32and quot; wide, the other 54and quot; wide. Her work was quick, thorough, and very professional. Our blinds were ready in no time. They look and perform like new. We felt her price was more than reasonable. If needed we will certainly use Bess again and highly recommend her without reservation..

Bess Shipman is the owner. She is brilliant and really good. She has great reviews on Angie's List. Every time there's something wrong with my vertical blinds by tangling the cords or strings, she fixes it for me. Her prices are very reasonable. She does perfect work and repairs. She never misses. She is prompt, courteous, polite and tries to please me anyway she can. I would use her services again in a flash.

She disassembled the rod mechanism, determined which parts had broken, and replaced them with new parts before cleaning the rod and returning it to us. We had dropped the rod off with her on Monday afternoon and it was ready about 10AM the next day. When reinstalled, it worked perfectly.
