They cut it very neatly, so I wouldn't cut myself. They worked around the plumber and it was just wonderful! My kitchen is very small, so I was surprised how well they worked in the small quarters. I was very pleased with everything they did.

IT TOOK THREE DIFFERENT CLEANING CREWS TO REMOVE SPORES, MOLD & MILDEW. FIRST CREW MISSED ONE HALF A WALL THAT WAS CONTAMINATED. SECOND CREW DID NOT PERFORM WORK TO PASS ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY TESTS. THIRD CREW FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT. ONLY ONE AND ONE HALF BEDROOM WALLS WERE INVOLVED AND 1/3RD OF THE BEDROOM RUG WHICH HAD TO BE REMOVED. COMPANY CLEAN UP BEGAN ON MAY 11TH AND ENDED ON JUNE 24TH. FIRST AND SECOND CREWS LET US GO INTO ROOM TO REMOVE CLOTHING AND TAKE SHOWERS. THIRD CREW SEALED OFF ROOM WITH PLASTIC (SEEMS "THEY" WERE WORRIED ABOUT "OUR" POSSIBLE HEALTH PROBLEMS). EACH OF THE CREW'S VISITS COST SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AS DID THE TWO VISITS FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIANS. ADDITIONALLY, THEY CHIPPED ONE OF THE PORCELAIN SINKS, IN THE MASTER BEDROOM DURING THEIR DECONTAMINATION PROCESS. RECOMMENDATION FOR RECALL: NO
Description of Work
MY INSURACNE COMPANY GAVE ME SERVICEMASTER CLEAN TO CLEAN BEDROOM AFTER WATER LEAK. IT TOOK THE CLEAN-UP COMPANY A 7 WEEK TIME FRAME TO REMOVE SPORES/MILDEW/MOLD. MY INSURANCE COMPANY WAS SO ADVISED.
