SERVICE MASTER TAMPA

The work on the wood floors was mediocre at best. It looked marginally better than before they came. Their work on our travertine was worse and now we are paying to have another company come in to repair the damage. There are scuff marks all over the tile, there are red stains from their buffer pad that bled into some of our tile and they cracked a tile (we caught that and asked them to repair). The carpets look OK after their work, though they didn't move furniture. To their credit, they made a considerable and genuine effort to keep coming back to make it better, but they just didn't have the expertise to do the job correctly.

I had been "shopping" for tile and carpet steaming service combination. Called Dennis at Service Master and we talked about the job and pricing. Offered something very reasonable without any pressure. I called back to okay the appointment and cost. Upon his arrival (he called before visit to confirm) we talked about the carpeted stairs to be cleaned and odor from the tile/grout. I had also asked about him cleaning the shower tile but he suggested a cheaper and easier solution...took $50 off the price! We also spent 15 minutes talking about a small town in Georgia and other things. He was very professional. I called the next day because I could smell the pet odor faintly. He offered to drop off some cleaning solution and to offer a remedy, all without me even asking!

I loved working with Dennis!!! I felt safe and comfortable having him do this project. He also does tile, which I will be using for future projects. I'm a real estate investor, so I need someone that understands keeping costs down, getting the job done quickly and actually shows up to do the work. He was there on time and got the job done. I will DEFINITELY use Dennis and Service Master Tampa again in the future.
