JOB TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN ESTIMATED. NEVER CALLED TO UPDATE ME ON THE PROGRESS OF INSTALLATION, DID NOT INSTALL ALL REQUESTED PARTS (MICROPHONE FOR VOICE COMMAND)AND LEFT A GPS WIRE UNCONNECTED ON THE DRIVER SIDE FLOORBOARD. I HAD TO RETURN TO THE SHOP TO HAVE A SPEAKER WIRE AND THE ELECTRIC ANTENNA WIRE FIXED. THEY CLAIM CONCENTRATED ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND A NO COMPROMISE WAY OF WORKING. I JUST DIDN'T GET THAT IMPRESSION.
