Henry, the owner, explained the options for replacing our torn aged screening. He offered samples of each option and when we selected the 10 year screening, he offered references of other customers who had installed that product. His team showed up on time, performed professionally, and cleaned up the area when they completed the installation. Henry called after installation to see if we were pleased. When one segment of the roof showed minor sagging several weeks after installation, we called Henry and he sent a technician out the next day to replace that segment. It has now been several months and we are very happy with the installation.

THEY WERE A LITTLE HIGHER BUT THEY USE A HEAVIER GAUGE SCREEN. DID A COUPLE OF EXTRA THINGS AT NO CHARGE. PUT UP SPLASH ON THE GUTTER FOR NO CHARGE. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A LATCH ON THE DOOR AFTER THEY LEFT AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED IT.

WHEN THE OWNER CAME TO GIVE ME THE ESTIMATE, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY ALSO SCHEDULED MY JOB FAIRLY QUICKLY. HOWEVER, WHEN THE WORKERS CAME TO DO THE RESCREENING, THEY WERE SLOPPILY DRESSED, TALKED ON THEIR CELL PHONES OVER HALF THE TIME (I COUNTED 9 PHONE CALLS IN ONE HOUR FOR ONE GUY), AND LEFT THEIR NUMEROUS CIGARETTE BUTTS IN MY LANDSCAPING. THEY LEFT THE JOB IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, LEAVING THEIR TOOLS SCATTERED EVERYWHERE AND DIDN'T RETURN UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING. THE WORK THEY DID SEEMS TO BE GOOD, BUT THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THIS COMPANY DOES EXCELLENT WORK. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME AND PERFORMED ALL THE REQUESTED WORK EVEN WHILE IT WAS RAINING ON AND OFF DURING THE APPOINTMENT. THIS WAS A CALL BACK FOR THE REPAIRS SINCE THEY HAD DONE A FULL RESCREEN ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THE HOUSE.
