First contact was about 3 weeks before service I called with a long list of questions. All were patiently and fully answered.  After purchasing a different a receiver, I placed and order for the service.  Received a call-back the same day, and they again patiently and provided detailed assistance over the set-up period, lasting over an hour.  I should note that the only reason the set-up was so lengthy was my using a different vendor in purchasing the receiver.  If I had it to do over again, I would likely spend a few dollars more and purchase the receiver from SatelliteBG.  In any event, the end result was excellent video and audio, including both HD and non-HD channels.  For anyone wanting to receive foreign TV channels, SatelliteBG's packages and service would be extremely difficult to beat.
