"I'm sorry you were not satisfied of the service. Our deep cleans usually take 4 to 5 hours. However, we have notes from the customer that the house was barely used, and the customer did not want the additional time that we thought was needed. We also tried to reach the customer afterwards and was unable to reach them. We'd be happy to discuss the issue, feel free to call us back. Thank you."

I would caution others that the crew I had (and I read reviews of the same) did not speak English. I was fortunate to have a Spanish speaker here as well, so we could communicate, but other than a few basic phrases, communication was limited with the actual cleaning crew.
I had called the week before to get an idea of what services I would need for the house, and if I needed a 4-hour, 6-hour or other option for my cleaning. Angel was very helpful, she looked my house up and asked what I wanted done and said a 6-hour cleaning would be good for the first cleaning and would include deep cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen. I spoke to Angel a few days before to clarify what I wanted done and leave notes since I had read the reviews that communication might be difficult. We had had our house tented and had a lot in boxes, so I wanted to make sure they knew not to deal with the boxes, just to move them and clean the surfaces and that I would organize everything.
When the crew arrived (promptly) they were very courteous. There was some miscommunication as they had to call their supervisor to translate what I wanted. This was a different person than Angel who I had spoken to and she did not have my notes from those discussions. I had to talk her through the situation as she was very insistent that we did not purchase enough time which was frustrating given that I had called to ask initially how much I should get.
I think the boxes from the tenting caused some confusion, but eventually things were resolved and the crew got to cleaning. Again, this was when it was beneficial that I had a Spanish speaker with me at the time to help translate and explain that they didn't have to do any organizing/making beds/straightening - that I just wanted dusting, cleaning of the floors, bathrooms, fans and baseboards.
Ultimately, as stated above, they did an excellent job. There was a minor miscommunication, but the final product was exactly what I had asked for. They cleaned the two bathrooms well, I haven't found any dust on the baseboards and the floors and fans look great. I would recommend Saraklean and will use their services again, but I'll make sure I have someone here to translate and leave very specific instructions when I call to schedule.

"The customer had called regarding her shower door. After we checked with the team, they were very adamant that the door was that way already. We contacted the customer that we would come out and take a look and try to fix it for her. In fact we were ready to go the next day or the day after. However, when we were able to get in touch with the customer, she indicated that it's ok, she had already contacted someone to fix the door for her. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please give us a call. Thank you."
