Poor
Description of Work: I just bought a house built in 2001 by Sample Properties. THe overall house is fine but many details of the woodworking are poor. Many outlets in poor places and moldings where corners were cut. Also, cheap items in house for a custom house.

If we had ever met or worked together I am confident your experience with Sample Properties would have been extremely positive just as it is with the hundreds of satisfied homeowners with whom we have worked over the past 30 years. You recently purchased a home that was built for a specific client in 2001. The home was built to the exact specifications of the homeowner at the time, using products and materials selected by the homeowner. It was a beautiful finished product and the homeowner was very pleased with the price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. If the home has not been maintained adequately over the past 13 years prior to your purchase, I will be glad to come take a look at the areas of concern. It is important to me that our homes continue to reflect the high quality of our work and maintain the standard of excellence to which we are committed.
