Rutherford Realty Group - Keller Williams

I was challenged this summer with selling my 91 year old Mother-in-Law's single family home 225 miles from where I live. As a Dave Ramsey FPU Coordinator I am familiar with the Dave's ELP process (I used for my personal CPA). I contacted the web site about ELP's in the area to sell my Mother-in-Law's home. I was contacted almost immediately by 3. My wife and I interviewed two of them and selected The Rutherford Realty Group, after meeting with Amber Rutherford (she and her husband own the Keller Williams business), we chose her company. Amber and her husband Jared are church leaders, FPU Coordinators, Legacy Journey graduates, and they are one Baby Step 6. How could I not choose their agency? We signed the listing agreement Monday July 25th. Amber and her group went to work taking pictures, staging the home, and preparing the listing. She advised we not list it on Friday that week (too late for Open House and maximum exposure). The timing of the MLS was Wednesday morning 8/3 mid-morning. Imagine my surprise at lunch when I received the phone call from The Rutherford Realty Group that they had received a FULL PRICE offer from a pre-qualified buyer! Due to Amber's social media marketing, staging, and timing of the listing it sold in literally hours . . . and for FULL PRICE. Thank you Dave Ramsey for your ministry. It works! PS: My 12-year neighbor was selling his home at the same time I was going through this long-distance sale. His house had been listed since January and was not selling or getting offers. He violated all of Dave's teachings - chose a local neighborhood friend to list the house. I suggested he check where he was in his listing contract and give Dave's ELP a try. He and his wife took my advice and changed to a local ELP and sold the house in about 5 weeks after 8 months of nothing. They are now believers too!

They are knowledgeable, courteous, cheap -made themselves available even though I couldn't do all my searching  and answered all my questions at very random times. She found a way to help me out even in my off hours. I also got a couple of cake pops when I bought the house as a thank you. It was a nice touch.
