Since 1983, in addition to area rug cleaning, repairs, restoration and moth proofing, our family owned and operated store offers area rugs for every lifestyle, taste & budget. We have 6 employees. Niche: We offer a 'try before you buy' option. We do not believe in haggling or high pressure sales tactics and none of our employees work on commission. Rug Styles: traditional, transitional, modern, solids & textures, sisal/jute/natural fiber, shag, outdoor, kids, tropical, animal & cowhide, shapes, custom/semi-custom & unique pieces. All work was done as agreed. They did a good cleaning job on the rug. They moved two pieces of furniture off and back on the rug. The two gentlemen were polite, and arrived on time for pickup and delivery of rug.

Provider picked my rug up about the time he said he would and delivered
it back, cleaned, two weeks later at the time he said he would. It is an
antique oriental rug and I'm very happy with the job they did with it.

I had to have a quality hand-sewn antique fragile rug cleaned and repaired. I brought it here based on the reviews and their experience plus being a long time family owned local business. I was confident they were the right ones to do the work and worth the trip (i live about 45 min away). They did very professional quality work at a great price. I would definitely bring more rugs to them for cleaning and repairs in the future. They answered all my questions over the phone before I brought the rug in. They provided an estimate in a few days after they had a chance to look at it, and it was ready to be picked up in about 10 days. Store had a great selection of rugs to buy, too.

I was very pleased with the quality of their work. After cleaning, the rug was soft to the touch as a wool rug should be and the black mark was very faint. If you didn't know to look for it, you wouldn't notice it. The work took two weeks which was not a problem for me, but such rugs need special handling to keep their shape and time to dry properly. The cost was less than I expected and I would certainly use this company again.
