Two women come out for two hours once a month for the cleaning. They have not raised the price on us for quite a while and that has been great. They are always early or on time, they do an excellent job, and they remember special requests. They are polite and you can request certain employee's. The owners are great with customer service and they are very good about accommodating changing schedule's. They will personally call and leave reminder messages for appointments. They seem to have a policy to not use harsh chemicals to take care of their employee's. They have had the same cleaning crew for multiple years and that shows me that the business is run very well.

The company was timely and performed well. They did what was required. The company never called to see if the homeowners were satisfied with their work. The company seemed to disappear as we never heard from them again. We are consequently now looking for another maid service.

They did a very good job, were extremely agreeable, and I decided to go
with them on a regular bi-weekly basis. When anything is missed, they
eagerly take care of it with no attitude or questions asked. I really
like them.

They are extremely wonderful and reliable. They are considerate and professional. They do a good job. They are very accommodating and flexible in scheduling.

Very well. was not there for the cleaning

It now seems to be a bit of a hassle scheduling them. Even though I was giving them at least a week's notice, it took them a day to get back to me about whether or not they would be available. The two ladies who came were punctual and friendly, asking if there were specific areas or duties I wanted performed. Also, since I had requested that certain highly scented products not be used this time (the smell gives me a headache) we came up with very viable alternatives. However, I did have to bring some things to their attention that they missed: they forgot to dust our big screen TV; didn't do the counters in the kitchen and didn't thoroughly clean the stove cook top (I didn't notice this latter item until after they had left; FYI, there was very little to be done in this area as I had already cleaned the burners). Their biggest issue seems to be moving or taking things off the kitchen counter. If you don't do that, how can the kitchen area be considered clean?

I use them every week, they are very reasonable in price, and very friendly.

They are doing a very good job. I would recommend them.

They were prompt and professional; but did not do quality thorough work despite many notes left reminding them of things they had missed. Although we were promised that they would "try" to send the same people out each time, the second person always changed, and so we think that contributed to the lack of thoroughness. I have found crumbs both on the floor and on countertops in some places, garbage cans not emptied, streaks and missed dirty spots on the floor, and water stains on our countertops all despite notes from me specifically asking them to pay more attention to these areas. Granted I am a particular person, but I am reasonable and willing to work with a service until we can reach a mutually agreeable relationship. However, in this case, I simply got tired of presenting lists of things undone to only have them undone again and paying them $120. Plus, we think they scratched our wood flooring but we cannot prove it. In a nutshell, they were professional but not worth the $.

I have had them twice. Their work is so-so. They come in and make things look clean but it isn't. They head straight to the bathroom so the smell goes through the house and it smells clean but you then find out the floors haven't been scrubbed or anything.

After a house full of relatives during the Holidays, we needed to get things back in order. Quotes were obtained from two cleaning services (a third failed to return our call within 1 business day). Not only was Denise able to accommodate us with very short notice, but the price was very competitive. Two uniformed women attended the house when scheduled. They were neat and efficient, asking if there were specific products I wanted used, if what they were going to use on certain surfaces was OK, etc. Generally, they did a fair job. However, a few things did crop up: (1) I didn't notice until they had left that the office was untouched except for vacuuming. (2)I had to remind them to wipe the blinds even though that was a specific request I made to Denise. (3) Initially they missed the kitchen counters (only did them after I brought it to their attention). (4)There was an area of the shower stall floor that they missed. That being said, the house looked and smelled nice after they left.
