Timely, Thorough service.

I have been using Royal Maids for over 10 years. They always do an Excellent Job. Show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled clean almost every time. The ladies are friendly, and the house is always clean after they leave! Highly recommend. Lee (one of the owners) is awesome to work with.

I use them on weekly basis. They are professional, arrive on time every Thursday, very polite and do a great job. No complaints.

They are under new management and there have been no hiccups. I have been using the same cleaning lady for the last five years. I have been happy with them. They are professional, do a good job, responsive, flexible and overall I am pleased with the services.

They are excellent, they are cleaning my house every 2 weeks, they did a great job and very thorough.

They are always on time and respectful to our home. They work around my family, since we homeschool and we are in the home, when they do the cleaning. They are polite. Kevin and Michael are accommodating with booking of the appointment and are very flexible with scheduling. Their quality is better than other housecleaners that we have used. I wished I could give them an A+. Also, I want to note, that there was once an event, where they called to let us know that our typical 2 cleaners would not be able to be there at the appointment time, only 1 of them would. They let us know options where we could have our normal cleaner + 1 other or if we wanted the same 2 cleaners we could have them come the same day, but later in the day. I appreciated that they gave us an option.

Very well done, pleasant cleaning staff and very punctual - they cleaned my house sparkling clean and I’d have them back again !!

They are great. The same two girls come everythime. They are promt and always do a wonderful job. They even made me tea one time when I was sick.

The last and FINAL cleaning maybe from the mops and brooms left hairs, I can only imagine from where on all my floors.  The ladies dusted around pictures and figurines, did not clean any of the base boards.  I contacted the office the next morning about the terrible service, they asked to come back out and redo but I had already mopped all the floors that night myself.  I explained to them I could not walk around the areas or rest knowing the areas I needed to use was covered with some person or animal hair.  My second issue was the office immediately charged my, especially my credit cards to be removed from their files.   They compensated me by mailing me a $30 check.  I explained the cost as not the major problem it was them charging my card without my authorization.  I never signed an agreement to save my information or authorizing them to automatically charge my card.  To me this was worse than the horrible cleaning service.  I felt violated.  So, to all who think of using this company, take the precautions.

I had my 1200 sq foot home cleaned through Royal Maids.  They did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend them.  It's a husband and wife team that own the franchise (I believe Sophie and Mark are their names, I spoke with Mark, delightful accent!) I called Mark, he put me at ease with the entire process and how it works.  I left a check on the table and one of the doors unlocked and when my husband came home they had finished, took the check, left the note, and everything was perfect.
I've been overwhelmed and just needed assistance to get the house clean.  I am so glad I called them, it was stressful to choose a company and let people in my home that I don't know, but I'd do it again and again with Royal Maids.  This location was a joy to work with, Roxane left a nice thank you note on our table which I loved, and everything was so clean and sanitized.  I will be using them once a month or as much as I can afford to.
It was $126.00 for 2 people for 2 hours.  Well worth it.  They left bands around the toilets after they were sanitized, did the toilet paper in a v with a sticker, took out all the trash, cleaned all the fronts of cabinets, did the floors, dusted, vaccummed, cleaned the chair and couch, mirrors, and I'm sure I'm missing something.

They were always punctual and charged appropriately.  There were a few incidents but once reported to the owner they were handled appropriately.  Our first set of cleaners were not careful when dusting and broke a hand blown glass figurine from India.  The cleaners hid the damaged figurine in the garbage and did not notify us of the incident.  We have cameras in the house that record when someone enters so we saw the individual break the item, laugh and then proceed to attempt to cover it up.  We brought it to the owners attention and they did not charge us for the service.  We agreed to give them another try but refused to allow the original cleaners back into our home.  We felt they should have called the owner and had her contact us or they should have left a note about the incident. The new cleaners came out and did a good job.  There were times when we found cleaner sprayed on our leather couch (but it wiped right off) and at other times on the bed frame.  All in all they did a good job they just missed details at times and didn't wipe up after they left dirty rags on furniture.

I call just when I need help. Like when my wife is coming home from a trip and I have let the house go. I call usually last minute and they always fit me in. Then they come and do a great job. The are fast and efficient. GREAT COMPANY!!!

They show up ON TIME! They do a very thorough job. I am always amazed at how nice the house looks. They say they are done and is there anything else. I am hard to please. Royal Maid does it with ease! I would not hesitate to hire them and cannot recommend them highly enough!!

I believe that it is a couple that owns the franchise, and their names are Sophie and Mark. I usually speak with them whenever they call and confirm my scheduled cleaning time. I really like the people that I deal with, and the people who do the cleaning are very nice. I think that they do a decent job.

It was an excellent experience. They were reliable and responsive to specific requests. They send people back that have worked for me before so they know what my needs and expectations are.

Great. I interviewed 4 cleaning companies, and tested two. It was a difficult decision between this company and another housecleaning company but I chose this company because of the involvement of the owner & their attention to detail. The owner has always stopped by, in the 4 times I have used them thus far, to check on the crew and has actually helped to clean. No one is going to clean your home the way you want it. I have found that if something is missed, all I have to do is mention it to Elaine and she makes note to ensure it is not missed the next time. I find them to be accomodating & punctual. My Aunt came to visit and she has cancer and is extremely sensitive to smells. They were willing to use my products and gave special attention to her bedroom. I'm always in the house when they are here and they don't seem to mind. They are wonderful at cleaning quietly when my son is napping (shutting doors, etc.) It's hard to explain the little extra's they do.

Very prompt arrival, good job cleaning, very pleasant demeanors.
