Roy Norton gave an estimate on the date and time we agreed on and arranged for the day and time to accomplish the job. He called when he was running a 1/2 hour late. He completed the work in one day.

Great! The ceilings look brand new and the project was done quickly. The gutter work was also very good and done quickly. Roy was pleasant to work with, as was his assistant. I plan on having Roy return to complete some other projects around the house.

Nearly always missed appointments. Once arrived, worked hard and fast. Drywall install/taping was excellent. Plastering of repairs was fair, since lacked attention to detail required to avoid waves, even though I pointed out areas of concern. Ceiling came out nice. Though they "cleaned up", still missed much over spray. I later cleaned and "finessed" work myself, as they failed to return to correct/clean when given opportunity. Given time spent on site, consider lowest value of contractor services provided.

Roy Norton did an excellent job with my ceiling. I would recommend him to all my friends as I was very pleased. He called back the next day to make sure I was pleased. I mentioned there was a little spot that needed touching up, and he came back the next day and fixed it. Beautiful. Job well done.

Roy was prompt in returning my phone call. He came out 2 days later to give me a quote for the job. He was able to complete the work 3 days later. He said he would arrive at 9 AM but it was closer to 10:30. He hung plastic all around to contain the overspray. He cleaned up after he was through. Roy paid attention to detail and was very courteous.
