I AM SO ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE THAT I AM RECEIVING FROM ROSS WACASER OF ROSS'S LAWN SERVICE THAT I WAS MOVED TO WRITE THIS BRIEF LETTER. OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS I HAVE EMPLOYED SEVERAL LAWN SERVICES. MANY HAVE REQUIRED A YEARLY CONTRACT, WHICH ROSS'S DOES NOT. HIS MOST REASONABLE BASIC CHARGE IS FOR REGULAR MOWING AND EDGING BUT HE PROVIDES ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR AN ESTIMATED OR HOURLY CHARGE. BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE LAWN SERVICE BUSINESS OUR RAINY WEATHER CAN SOMETIMES EFFECT SCHEDULING. MR. WACASER HAS NEVER FAILED TO NOTIFY ME IN ADVANCE WHEN HE MUST ALTER MY MOWING SCHEDULE. BECAUSE OF HIS ATTENTION TO SMALL DETAILS I AM NOTICING A MARKED IMPROVEMENT IN THE APPEARANCE OF MY PROPERTY. HE IS A HARD AND DEDICATED WORKER, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND A CORDIAL AND PLEASANT PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
