Very responsive to my first inquiry. Colton helped me through the quote and scheduling the service. The crew took their time and did a excellent job of installing the vents. I would hire again for any new jobs.

Henry and his team member arrived early and did an efficient job of removing the leaves from the two roofs - and the clean-up was comprehensive. They showed that they like working together to improve the customer's environment. Thank you to Kevin for promptly scheduling much needed work.

It went great! The work was done in a most professional manner. One area required extensive work to rebuild the fascia. We feel that the result was outstanding, and the workers were very compatible.

Heavy rains will determine if the solution is effective, but I am pleased with the analysis they did of the leak situation and the solution they proposed. All staff members were very professional and each seemed highly competent.  CJ who did our estimate was friendly, informative, and did not apply any pressure.  Kevin the owner was personally involved and very responsive both with email and phone.  The leak we experienced was due in large part to exterior HVAC duct work and we also sought HVAC expertise.  Their suggestion of sealant was a job too small for the HVAC companies to be interested in, but Roof Smith was willing to add that to the repairs they had already estimated for us.  I was relieved to find out they had experience with those products and the extra charge was nominal and fair.  When the job was finished, Steven who was in charge of the repair and also friendly and informative, invited us up on the roof and patiently explained what had been done and how it was intended to solve the situation.  I liked the care that the team took - like applying 2 coats of the sealant and allowing the first one to dry before applying the second.  It doesn't seem like they take shortcuts and we feel that the work was done in a quality manner.

I called Kevin on Monday and explained how time sensitive my needs were and he was able to send someone outbthe next day to complete the work..  Phenomenal customer service!!!

Inspected area, verified price and performed patches.  The communication from this company was amazing.  The Summer rains cancelled our repair many times but we were kept updated regularly.  Easy to work with them.

I have never had such a positive experience from a contractor before. Roof Smith went out of there way to fix the leak in our roof in the quickest and more cost effective way possible. I cannot recommend them enough. We had water coming into our kitchen the night before we were due to leave for vacation and they came over immediately (even though it was dinnertime!) to fix it and followed up while we were out of town to make sure there were no further problems. Their rates were extremely competitive and their professionalism and service cannot be overstated. They have my business for life!

I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our new roof. We interviewed no less than five roofers prior to this job.  Roof Smith's price was more than fair.
Kevin Bass and the crew were professional, courteous, neat, and truly responsive to our needs.  Everyone on their team is hard-working and dedicated - they literally worked from sun-up to sun-down.
They definitely went above and beyond in providing us not only with an excellent product, but with superior customer service and honest integrity.  I would happily recommend them to anyone (in fact, I had to ask for a stack of business cards because I have been asked by so many of our neighbors about our new roof!)
