- The family owned business is very hands on, no machines and all work is performed carefully on site and by hand. The owners are welcoming and friendly, very accommodating and interested in making every detail perfect for the customer. We spent time looking at different options for nail heads and in the end he ordered a certain size nail head for me per my request, even though he offered two far cheaper solutions. They want you to be happy and not to over spend. I really like the business and the family and will return there for more upholstery work in the near future.
