They just do really nice work. They're honest about what the issues are if they uncover something. They're not trying to sell you something new every time.

I use them fairly regularly in the Tampa area. The price seems a little bit high, but after I looked around and talked to other people, it's probably reasonable. It might be a little bit on the high side, but probably reasonable. Their work is just very neat.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. It was excellent.

Got here on time. Pleasant, professional, went right to work, got an estimate in about 4 minutes. Did the work and left. Nice to be cool again.

They are phenomenal. They are very professional. They give me recommendations on how to improve using the system and how to keep it maintained. They saved me quite a bit of money (probably $300 or $400) by using a different condenser. They really explain things for you. They are friendly and informative.

Called Rick's. Told them I needed drain line flushed out. Said they were very busy. I said they could come the next day but they said they would send someone since they never liked to wait when the drip pan is fulling up. Excellent service!

Service technician called when he was running a bit late. Overall experience was excellent.

Arrived on time, even called to make sure I was ready for him! We talked about the problem, he then troubleshooted the problem, going up in the attic (having to navigate through the crossbeams and such to get to the problem vent). The problem was fixed with out much problem and I was just charged for a service call.

I was looking to install a new air-conditioning system for my 30 year old 2000 sq ft. home. The old AC was generating astronomical bills and I was looking for a quality highly efficient system to reduce my electric cost. Trane Systems seemed to be the way to go. As a member of Angie's List I carefully researched the existing heating & a/c providers but had problems finding a company with consistently favorable reports. Some friends had used Ricks AC and Electrical in Tampa to install their Trane Systems. Sales rep: Manny Parad inspected my home and patiently explained the various options. He is a retired Florida Power energy auditor, he seemed very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. The rate quoted was the best I had come across. A few days later the new system was installed by one of Rick's AC long time employees (Eduardo) and his helper. They were very professional, very friendly, very accommodating. They left my home and garage spotlessly clean.
