Richard looked at all of our things and gave us an estimate of the current market value. He also told us about replacement values. He did not charge for this one hour visit. He is very knowledgeable. I then sent photos of the piece so he could reach out to a watch expert. By the end of the day I had the value of the watch and information about how to receive a written appraisal.
