I must say, it is a disappointment to write the first negative review about this company. I hired Rey to do interior painting, ceilings and other small projects around my house before my family moved in. When the house was done with painting, we did a walk through and there were a bunch of patches that he needed to paint within the house as well as to remove paint from my furniture. Rey agreed to fix it. At this point, he already received the money and promised he would return to fix the errors. Well, it has been two weeks and he has not returned to the house. Moreover, i wanted to speak with Rey regarding not painting the patches and the not finishing the window films. He advise he was sick with COVID, which was fine so I waited. After a couple of weeks, he never reached out to me about coming to my house that HE AGREED to fix. When I reach out to Rey again, he said time frame expired on notifying him about what we were not happy with so he can fix. BUT WE DID TELL HIM AND TOOK PICTURES! Attached are pictures of the window films not completed, blue paint on my gray walls, paint on my counter tops. Also, Rey did not put back up the window blinds after he took them down to paint either. It is the little things that matter. If you move something, put it back. Especially if I have asked you to do it and you agreed to it. Morally of the story- do yourself a favor and find another painting company. It will save you stress and hassle. Attached are copies of the contract that did not fall through on and the errors I would need to correct with another company. I have more pictures of dry paint on the outside of my toilet and bathrub.

It couldn't been any better, he was on time and I must say he was a good guy. The job he did was perfect. I got some buddy's that are going to hire him to paint there house also.

Excellent. This is the 3rd time I have used Rey Painting for my painting projects. Did 1 bedroom, dining, foyer, hallways and exterior ceiling and beams in the Lanai. Miscellaneous maintenance done on doors and other areas. Reynal (the owner) and his crew are always on time, on budget, and very professional. I would hire them again. My go-to painting company in Tampa Bay.

Reynal (the owner) was professional to work with. Showed up on time for both the estimate and the work. Pointed out several items about the project and painting (yes - I learned some things), which made for a more professional look in the house - both interior and exterior. Uses Behr paint which according to Consumer Reports is top-of-the-line. Reynal also did some repairs to drywall, garage floor, and ceiling before painting. Excellent work - on time and on budget. We are now getting Project #2 bid from Rey Painting as well and they are at the top of the list. YES, we recommend and would use them again.

Poor quality work. Paint started to chip after a few months and many areas were missed or poorly painted

Rey did a fine job painting a newly renovated bath, including painting primer coat and a few coats of color on walls, new ceiling and door frame. He worked methodically and took his time. His work was neat. He left the room very clean. Rey was polite and interested in satisfying our expectations. We found his price reasonable. We look forward to working with him again on other projects in 2019.
