This was a big deal purchase. He did fine. There was no addition or anything like that. It is an updated format and I think he did just fine for the amount that I paid. I guess I did not understand if it is a re-write or if it is new. It seemed like it was more of a re-write of the current, kind of, draft. I think I expected a little more, like, we would go through a questionnaire where you can add updated or new items to it. He did really well, otherwise. He was very professional and very prompt.

I phoned Carol on 4nov2013 In regards into getting a resume done.Although it was a very professional phone call,it struck me as odd that my resume would be done over the phone and not in person.We set up a time to talk the next day.Unlike my other communication with this company,I receieved a and quot;BLOCK NUMBERand quot; call.That made me very uncomfortable to do business with this company,person(s) when they want you to pay by phone and to only do business by phone only.I went with my gut feeling and ill be looking elsewhere.

Very competent and knowledgeable professionals. Cathy conducted an interview to gather the necessary information and then delivered my son's resume to me when promised. There was one minor change (my son gave her the wrong date). They did the edit and sent it right back to me. They also sent a cover letter that could easily be customized to fit the college for each job. I sent my resume to two companies and landed an interview with both companies. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them

CATHY WAS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE END PRODUCT, BUT I FELT THAT THE PROCESS TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. AFTER THE INITIAL OFFICE INTERVIEW ALL COMMUNICATION WAS EITHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL. THIS GOT TO BE VERY TEDIOUS AS WE WENT THROUGH SEVERAL EDITS. JUST TO GET A COMMA CHANGED REQUIRED A PHONE CALL TO HER RESULTING IN A VOICEMAIL, HER CALL BACK TO ME TO DISCUSS THE CHANGE, SHE WOULD CHANGE THE DOCUMENT AND EMAIL IT TO ME, AND THEN I WOULD HAVE TO CALL HER BACK AND EITHER ACCEPT THE CHANGE, OR SUGGEST ANOTHER EDIT. THIS MODE OF COMMUNICATION ADDED A FULL WEEK TO THE PROCESS. THERE WERE A FEW TIMES WHEN WE DISCUSSED EDITS OVER THE PHONE, AND THEN THEY WEREN'T IN THE DRAFT THAT WAS SENT. THEY SHOULD OFFER A FOLLOW UP OFFICE VISIT ONCE THE FIRST DRAFT HAS BEEN REVIEWED. I HAD ASKED TO MEET A 2ND TIME, BUT SHE SAID SHE PREFERRED TO DO IT OVER THE PHONE AND BY EMAIL. I WOULD ONLY USE THEM AGAIN IF THEY COMMITTED TO MORE THAN ONE OFFICE VISIT.

We now deliver all work electronically in a Word and a .pdf. The client now can make their own edits and future updates.
