Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay

After some plumbing issues, we called restoration 1 to help us. Very thorough and clean work and the staff was very friendly. They are very good at documentation.

I can’t thank Restoration 1 enough for the incredible service they provided during such a stressful time. When our home began flooding, they answered the phone immediately and were at our door on a Friday night without hesitation. Robert, Andy, JC, and Aaron worked quickly to start drying our floors, and from the very first moment, they treated our home with genuine care. What really stood out was their compassion — they didn’t just bring equipment, they brought calm, reassurance, and a sense of control when everything felt overwhelming. Every single one of them was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining what needed to be done. Because of their quick response and hard work, I was able to rest easier that night knowing we were in good hands. In moments like this, you truly appreciate not only skill and efficiency, but kindness — and Restoration 1 delivered both in abundance. Renovation 1 has been stellar from Day 1. Robert the Project Manager was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. He has been very accommodating with our unique situation. The two technicians Andy and J.C. were punctual, hard working and helpful through the process. The both of them are commendable in their respective roles. In the midst of a stressful and extremely time sensitive situation for us, these guys were understanding, compassionate and helpful to the point of even moving scheduling around on their end to accommodate us. Everyone at Renovation 1 has been professional and excellent. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

Restoration 1 came to our Parrish home for a duct cleaning service after our new A/C was installed. Aaron and Andy were terrific! They laid down plastic tarps to catch dust and any debris that may have been inside our a/c vents. They hand washed each vent cover as well as vacuumed the inside of all the vents. We highly recommend Restoration 1 due to their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness.
