"Debbie forgot to mention I told them up front that we would need to come back to apply sand as the sand between the pavers settled I asked them to hold back $600.00 of the final payment until we could deliver the benches Gary our primary paver installer broke one of his legs just before starting this project. He did the work from a wheelchair causing a much longer installation time. This project also included assembling and installing a gazebo from Cosco which we picked up from Cosco and delivered to the job site for free. Several pieces were missing from the kit. I went back to Cosco to get the missing pieces. This was a 4 hour process. No charge to them. Somehow the pavers that were stolen from the job site became our fault. The personal attack on my christianity expresses a lot of anger."

"This client was extremely difficult to work with. She accused us of doing things that we didn?t do. When she accused us of damaging her cameras we offered to send our camera expert out to determine the problem. She declined the offer. Camera damage caused by us is highly suspect. She stood our electrician up several times. She made arrangements for him to be there on site then was not available She told our field manager that the nutcrackers were in the house when she bought the house . New nutcrackers are available on line for $250.00 each. I do believe that we may have accidentally unplugged the freezer which was plugged into the outlet in the ceiling normally used for garage door openers. She told me that the freezer had $500.00-$1,000.00 in cheez, meat and bread in it But she wasn?t sure because she had no opened sense she moved in. We agreed to take $750.00 off of the final payment. We asked to be allowed to leave without completing the job because nobody . Was willing to go back there because she frequently walked around with a pistol strapped on her hip.. Oh how things get twisted"
