Residential Roofing had a great reference from Angie's List, BBB, and a friend's recommendation, who had Residential Roofing do some work for his family. Residential Roofing started out great. Came to the house and explained the other bids I got, and showed where he could more (gazzebo and office) for the same price. With all the good word, I went with the company. June he picked up a check for a down payment, and started work. Then things went down hill. It took four more months to finish the jobs. After many (no shows) James wanted an advance and waiting for work to be done, I left angry. Last week (March 30th, I had an electrician in to install a fan. When he was in the attic looking for electric lines, he told me that one of the scuppers (Drain) was leaking and causing a painted ceiling to have mildew stains. Upon checking another part of the roof, a special coating that was suppose to be on the roof lifting up from the roof and looked like pieces instead. I called Residential Roofing to get him to come over and see what happened and his telephones have been disconnected.
