Disclaimer: This review is based on my actual experience with Rent It Network and is my opinion under my first amendment rights. Your experience may be the same, different, or mixed if you choose this company. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company to anyone. I have given some time before completing this review to use another service in the area to see if my expectations were above the market here. Actually, my expectations were exceeded by the new service. Rent It Network was simply inefficient. The following is a list of where they fell short in comparison to my new service: 1) Extra costs for legal review when GAR is readily available. Each change is $75.00! 2) High-cost maintenance, cleaning services. Limited screened providers to provide services. 3) Customer service is often negative. They do not like to be questioned on the processes and costs. Quotes: Just pay the $75. This is our process. No justifications on costs... Quote from the tenant that they found: "I felt the agent that showed me the property was rude and pushy". 4) Kris Knutson was the Director at that time. She was rude from day one and if you complained, she would just simply try to strong arm you by canceling the listing. I, for one, do not respond well to threats. Save you checkbook and loss revenue from this company and find a company that knows how to provide customer service.

FABULOUS! Still working, and happily so, with Dixie and her team...my husband and I could not be happier with the services provided. I am so grateful to have found Dixie - I live out of state and have been burned by other companies, Dixie is a God send!!

Very seamless process

RTT Management did a great job. They were able to find me a great tenant in a short amount of time. Communition was smooth with both emails and phone calls answered quickly. I highly recommend RTT Management.

Dixie has done a great job in identifying qualified tenants on quick notice. She salvaged at least 2 months lost rent when my other property management group failed to inform me that my previous tenants had moved out. Dixie came in and really took charge, cleaning up from the previous tenants and securing new ones. I would recommend Dixie to others looking for a reliable and hard working manager.

Dixie went above and beyond to help me not only find a tenant in record time but assisted me with some items that I couldn't handle on my own due to my out of state location. There were no hidden fees, she answered all my questions in an expedient manner and most importantly did an exceptional job in the screening process for my tenant. Definitely would recommend her as my top choice for a property manager. Dixie advises me right away if there are any issues with my property as well as solicits vendor quotes on my behalf. My mind is at ease knowing Dixie is looking out for best interests.
