Property Management
For several years, I rented out a second home in Tampa, nearly 1000 miles away from where I live. Handing of the management of this rental property to the Rent It Network and in particular Jocelyn Castro has been an exceptional experience. It was never without a quality tenant, my neighbors/friends were nervous at first but Jocelyn and her team are exceptional at finding quality tenants. Prior to my recent retirement, I would often travel outside the US for 2 to 3 months per year and I never had any issues with travelling or when home, being 1000 miles away, Jocelyn and her team handled all the issues promptly and professionally....I never worried about this house as it was being managed worry free for me by Jocelyn and her team. Now that I am retired, I will be taking advantage of the current lease ending and spend some time down in sunny Florida...perhaps I will move there permanently...but if I choose to rent it out again, which is likely, I will definitely hand the keys over to Jocelyn and her team again...A+++
