"Mr. [Member Name Removed], While we respect and appreciate your feedback on our services, we feel strongly that you were informed from the beginning that the rent amount you were requiring us to list your rental home for was well above fair market value. We did notify you on multiple occasions that we were receiving zero interest in your home at this price and we provided you with documentation indicating what current market value would be. We indeed had an offer come in at fair market value, which you rejected. Further we prefer not to discuss private information with neighbors as it is not our right to do so. We value the privacy of our clients and its unfortunate the neighbor considered this rude. I regret that we were unable to reach the ultimate goal of leasing your home, however given the restrictions that were placed on the listing, it was in our opinion, unrealistic expectations. We are understanding of the fact that you feel strongly as to the value of your home and it is my sincerest hope that you are able to find and agent that is able to place a renter in that meets all needed criteria. "Good morning [Member Name Removed]~ Because we strive for excellence I am shocked to read this type of review from one of our valued members of the Rent It Network Family. I checked records and it appears you have not had your home with us since October 2016. We listed your property November 16th, 2015 and your tenants moved in 28 days later for full price on December 19th, 2015. Your tenants remained in the home for 9 months when they notified us of their desire not to renew the lease for the following year. Your tenants said they would stay out the term of their lease, but knowing it is difficult to lease a home over the Holiday Season , they gave us/ you the option of vacating your property early (October) so it would have a better chance of leasing quickly. We have a 12 month tenant guarantee and would have facilitated this at no additional cost to you, or the tenants could have remained in the property for the full term of their lease. We gave you the option. It was at this point, you elected to move back into your property and not to re-lease your home. Your tenants moved out in October 2016 when you moved back in. The home was left in great condition & the tenants received the return of their security deposit in-full. From everything I can see through our records, the email chains, the text message chains, etc everything was done to the highest of standards. Again, this property has not been in our care since October 2016 not the May 8, 2017 date as indicated on this description. Not only does she document the property and found me a qualified renter...it was done quickly. I used to lower my price on rent to get it leased quickly. But, she rented it quickly at full list AND I'm protected at lease end. I could not be happier.
Our house was sold much quicker than expected so we needed temporary living arrangements. We found Rent It Network to be very responsive and professional. They helped us locate a property to rent that was a great fit for us. We had one or two repair issues (and of course they occurred on a weekend both times). They were available for our phone calls, responded immediately with the appropriate repair services and even followed up after to ensure we were satisfied. We ended up negotiating to extend the lease past the original term and they were very helpful in negotiating a flexible extension. When it was time to move out, the final walk through was very smooth thanks to the documentation done when we moved in by Elaine with Rent It Network. Within a couple of weeks she was calling us to let us know the security deposit refund had been mailed.
From a tenant's perspective I would definitely recommend Rent It Network.
