They scam renters $360 for "services" they don't need. This company is a scam. Not only do they raise the rent on you year after year, they "require" you to purchase their $30 "Service" that gives you an $8 Walmart filter on a monthly basis that you don't need for your A/C. I've been a tenant in Dunedin, FL for a decade now and NEVER missed a rent payment. Even my landlord thinks it's a scam. Avoid this bogus management company at all costs.

Overall as indicated by the above grades I have been pleased with the level of service.

No attempts to keep me regularly informed on the status of renting my property. When I called or emailed them, they would use the same excuse - that the rent I requested was too high - but then they made no attempt to initiate contact with me to discuss alternatives. It certainly did not feel as though they were representing me or my interests. I requested another company representative be assigned and they told me they did. But after terminating our contract after 90 days and I went into the home, I found the original broker's cards still in the house. I was also told by a neighbor that whoever the representative was, they were rude to the neighbor.

Rent It Network did a great job of finding quality tenants for two properties that I needed property management services for. Both tenants that were procured paid on time, and both renewed for three years. This was a nice change from trying to self manage and turning over tenants year after year. In fact, both tenants they placed were probably the best tenants I've ever had in each unit. Fees were also very competitive for the industry.

Not recommended . Sylvia is very difficult and so is Elane. I would not use them or tell my friends to. Danelle needs to work somewhere but not with people.. She is rude and condescending. just a money making outfit 6/26/17-in response to Rent It Network Property Mgmnt comments; Items were changed without permission from owner. There were overlooked safety issues on check out. The garage door settings were changed. There was a dog accident due to garage door setting changed. The garage door technician came out twice. The pressure sensor had been turned off. Items in the house were altered without permission. There was paint on the ceiling. They should not have painted or altered anything without owners permission.

This is a high quality, class-act company. They are professional, knowledgeable and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I own a handful of rentals in a few different states, and this is by far the best property manager I have ever worked with.

We received prompt, courteous and professional service from Kris K and the entire staff from the beginning through tenant move in date. The fees were the same as or less than the other firms we considered.

The professionalism, attention to detail, and great communication is exceptional at Rent It Network. They were able to find an excellent tenant for my home in Westchase from first showing to lease signing in less than 45 days. Being new to the rental process they walked me through the entire process to ensure I understood each step. Could not have been more pleased thus far with their service. I have had property managers in the past, but this is on a complete different level. The amount of information she gave me on my OWN property was more detailed than my property inspection. Pictures of everything. Not only does she document the property and found me a qualified renter...it was done quickly. I used to lower my price on rent to get it leased quickly. But, she rented it quickly at full list AND I'm protected at lease end. I could not be happier.

Our house was sold much quicker than expected so we needed temporary living arrangements. We found Rent It Network to be very responsive and professional. They helped us locate a property to rent that was a great fit for us. We had one or two repair issues (and of course they occurred on a weekend both times). They were available for our phone calls, responded immediately with the appropriate repair services and even followed up after to ensure we were satisfied. We ended up negotiating to extend the lease past the original term and they were very helpful in negotiating a flexible extension. When it was time to move out, the final walk through was very smooth thanks to the documentation done when we moved in by Elaine with Rent It Network. Within a couple of weeks she was calling us to let us know the security deposit refund had been mailed. From a tenant's perspective I would definitely recommend Rent It Network.
