RELIABLE WELDING & STEEL SUPPLY INC

I paid before I look over the truck bed & got half welded bed rail & was told I'm out of luck the welder when to lunch. Now I gotta take it somewhere else to finish Customer service should matter when I'm playing for it. I would have came back after lunch and picked it up. But I guess I wasn't an option.

I had to call twice the next day to get the price as they never called me. The owner quoted $600 which I thought steep but agreed to. he asked if I wanted THEM to put the screen on for an additional $80 and I said and quot;no bc as we discussed yesterday with your rep and my GC I will have my GC do it.and quot;
When the door came to be installed the next day it looked great but immediately the GC said and quot;I hope you didnt pay them bc they didnt do what you asked and its not modified for a screen.and quot; Of course, I did pay them. And cash. So I had to call the owner again and tell him they didnt do what I asked and what we all clearly discussed. We had 3 phone calls over 3 days that all went badly as he said I never told him or his rep that and argued with me, refusing to bend at all, for nearly 30mins every time. I literally couldnt believe how unprofessional and horribly bizarre this man was! He refused to admit any wrongdoing and wanted to charge me and additional $250 to add the screen! My husband ended up having to call and had the rep come out to rig this once beautiful, unique door with brackets so my GC could screen it - and for an additional $100!!!
Unless you want to play a cruel joke on someone you hate or totally bend your mind that people like this are in business I would never ever recommend this place. Going to welding school for 18 months would be easier than dealing with this completelely illogical con man!

When we walked into the store we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady. She was very friendly and helped us right away. The owner, I think, came out was also very pleasand and looked over the barstool that I needed work on. He asked when do you want it back and I said whenever was convenient to him. He asked if we wanted to wait. It took maybe 15 minutes. And the young man who welded the chair brought it out to us and again, he was friendly and polite. It was a very nice experience. They were excellent. They showed up when they said they would be. They were honest in their pricing and didn't adjust the quoted price. This was even 2 months after the initial quote.
