Warning, Reggie is a scam artist, who changes the business name slightly to keep going. He is a criminal who you don't want near your house. He has hurt many clients and the police are looking to pursue him for criminal charges for fraud and theft. Please don't make this mistake. Reginald Clark is a great liar.
