Something his dad use to do, and he kept at it. They were very good. Inexpensive. They will come back if you have a spot that didn't come up well, or try to poke through after. It happens with white carpet. I don't have any comments on improvement. He is very busy.

My wife has little dogs and enjoy peeing on my tile floor. I had Regency clean all the tile from years of dog pee. Now my house smells good and my tile and grout look like new. These guys are awesome. I had them do my office after seeing their work at my house.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the service I received from this company. The customer service was awesome and the work they did to my house was great. They cleaned the grout and tile throughout my house, and it looks like a brand new floor. I would definitely recommend this company to people looking for great service & work. I have talked about my experience using this company with my relatives, and they have decided to use them to clean their floors as well.
