Real Estate Service
Property sale did close. Closing agent was late in paying property tax. Closing agent took over 6 months to make the final disbursements from the escrow account. The closing agent agent made payments to individuals not entitled to receive funds from the escrow account. The closing agent co-mingled escrow funds and funds of the closing agent. The final payments from the escrow account were made only after complaints were made to the Florida Bar.
