Hi! You guys raped us on costs 5 years ago for a new system and all new ductwork and then conveniently "weren't in business" to perform our system checks as written on the accepted quote. We'd accepted that you were shady dirtbags but didn't know the extent until today. The surge protectors I was talked into purchasing on the only service call we received (another $400) weren't even hooked up correctly so our start capacitor failed before the 'protection' did. The other one installed on the handler is completely unnecessary. We paid over 14K for new 4 ton system and duct work and have been told 10K would have been expensive, so thanks for that. I had 2 techs practically live in my house, 8-10 hours a day for an entire week. I wouldn't have complained if the work was excellent or worth the money but every day you keep proving you were not. We're still paying one of the loans and have had to have service several times from an actual HVAC business, who feels sorry for us and are disgusted with you and your 'work'. If you are in business, I will spend a whole bunch of time making sure any potential customers, the BBB and whoever else I can think of knows what you guys really are. You aren't even licensed but rent one from Marc Mellon of Majestic Mechanical? That should be a crime but since it isn't and you guys are happy running shady, I'll make sure everyone knows it. I believe Ted told me that he was a Christ follower also and a man of prayer. God knows dude, your intentions, your actions, your excuses, everything. Praying His presence on your life so you can grow in integrity like our Lord Jesus - your kids are worth the good example - right now you should be embarrassed.

We recently needed to have all our duct work replaced due to mold. We had a strange smell coming from the vents, so we were initially trying to find a company to clean them. When Red Carpet Air came out and realized the extent of the damage to the air ducts, the only option without causing more damage was to have everything replaced. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the initial estimate/inspection, to the completion of the replacement, everyone was professional, knowledgable, hard working, polite and spent a considerable amount of time explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable with what would be done. They arrived on time and did not stop working from the moment they arrived. We have an older home, and the duct work we had was from when the house was built. Darrell and his team spent extra time and went above and beyond to get the job done right. ​​I have seriously never had a company come out that I've been more impressed with. They are a smaller family owned company, and work hard to train their employees and believe me, it shows. My kids all have allergies, and I am so thankful Jacob saw what a big problem this was when he came out to inspect the ducts. If it hadn't been caught we would all still be breathing in air that was running through filthy ducts continuously. We have had other companies come out in the past, and none picked up on the problem. Our AC now runs so much more efficiently and has reduced the humidity in our house as well. Thankfully the ways these newer ducts are made, we no longer have to worry about having this problem again. Especially since the job was done right. They even vacuumed inside/raked outside when they were done and left no mess behind. We are so pleased with the finished product and will definitely be using Red Carpet Air in the future.

Troy the tech went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable and professional. I trust his diagnostic abilities and he was very honest about my AC system. I was a new customer and called them mid-afternoon and they arrived before 5 that day. My only negative feedback are the prices seem steep, especially for the hard-start kit. Huge mark up on the part and labor. It's about a $40 part with less than a minute of labor and cost over $220. I'm sure that's the going rate with any company, but it's still incredibly high.

Ted and Red Carpet Air saved us this weekend. They took care of my broken A/C promptly, worked late on the weekend so we can be comfortable again. I have been using Red Carpet Air for a fews years, always great, friendly service.

Completing the job was complicated by difficulty in obtaining the proper part right after the Xmas holiday, and my being without A/C for 4 days while dealing with medical issues. . The technician (Justin) and the owner (Ted) maintained close communication with me and rearranged schedules so that Justin could install the motor as soon as it became available.

Red Carpet provides excellent customer service as well as technical competence. Definitely will use them again.   (The cost of service was the flat fee I owed the warranty plan, not the value of the service.)

Came out because of being informed that we needed a new thermostat.  Ted said we didn't need one and so did not charge us. Also checked out the air conditioner to make sure everything was working correctly.  Great service.

 If there was an A++ category, this Company and their staff would get it.  From the initial consultation, they exhibited professionalism, were on time, knowledgeable, answered all questions, and did the work quickly.  The owner (Ted), certainly takes pride in his work.

I can't say enough about Ted. He made my experience nothing short of amazing!

We just bought our house 3 months ago, knowingly that the 13 year old AC was going to go soon. We were hoping to get another year out of it.

Ted was very informative and provided us with options, as well as pros and cons in regards to fixing our existing AC versus getting a new system. He was never pushy and was willing to back us up on whatever decision we made.

After much consideration we decided to install a new unit. His prices were reasonable and affordable. They were on time, fast, and neat. His service was very professional and he was extremely friendly. If only all service providers in general could be like him we would be in good shape.

Thank you for making my house cool again and for installing the air purifier. I look forward to clean crisp air and to having a lower electricity bill!
