Pool and Spa Servicing
We went up to the store to initial the contract. Afterwards, they sent someone to set up the pool. They asked my husband to stake out the property. I later found out from the city that the company was supposed to do the work. When they came to do the work, they installed the pool without getting a permit and installed the pump in the wrong place. The city told me that the company was supposed to do the staking and get the permit. Now I am in a mess because I need to have an electrical outlet installed for the pool. Because of this, I found out that the pool has been wired improperly. Now we can't get extra work done on the pool because the city will not give out a permit until a complaint is registered against the company. I am not pleased at all with the work done and their business practices are dishonest from the signing of the contract to the work completed.

I HAD TROUBLES WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE BEGINNING OF OUR FIRST ENCOUNTER. BUT THE COMPANY QUICKLY RESOLVED THE SITUATION TO MY SATISFACTION.

"DURING THE SALE, THERE WERE A FEW DISCREPENSIES WITH MR. WALKER AND THE SALESPERSON. DUE TO THIS, MR. WALKER AND DWAYNE MILLER (MANAGER) AGREED THAT A $200 STORE CREDIT WOULD BE FAIR FOR BOTH PARTIES. MR. WALKER ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR $100. MR. WALKER AGREED TO A $200 STORE CREDIT FOR COMPANSATION. HE CAME IN TO OUR STORE ON 04/06/04 AND PURCHASED A POOL CLEANER WITH PART OF THE CREDIT."
