It took this company almost two weeks to return my call. Needless to say I had Brinks install my home security.

The representative from Ranger came at the appointed time on Saturday morning and connected the alarm by mid-day. At about 4P the same day, my telephone line went dead. I called the telephone/cable company to check my line, and they did not find anything wrong with it. I called Ranger Monday morning to have someone come out again to fix the problem. I left them my cellphone number and was I was told someone would contact me when they were enroute. At the end of the day, no one had contacted me. When I called them again, the individual I spoke with claimed he was at my house twice, and said his office had left a message with me. It turned out they left a message on my home telephone line that was dead. They ended up dispatching the same individual who connected the system that evening. He discovered the problem was a faulty interface jack and replaced it. It has been working well since then.
