 + -1 moreThe Representative / Salesman never came to my home, and all my calls and messages went unanswered....and to this day(9 months later) I still have this heavy, cumbersome, machine that I can only use for a few minutes and then have to rest my back....and my husband has to put it put it away for me and clean it . I have since found out I was double charged for the machine. In my opinion, I got taken...buyer beware. If you have any physical limitations this is not the machine for you. While moving from room to room the machine gets tangled on it's cord and will bang into other furniture and has to be lifted over doorway dividers . It has water in a tank and you must be very careful not to bump anything or you will have water on floor. The tank has holes half way up the sides so you can not put too much water in, and tank must be washed out each time so odors don't start.
Description of Work: The Representative/ Salesman came to my home, we had just moved here from another state. He did his presentation, and I bought a machine. He had run the vacuum during the entire presentation. I had explained to the man that had had physical limitations and could not run a heavy machine. He stressed how easy the machine was to move and operate. The return policy stated 14 days and no questions asked. This is not the case,eight days after purchase I called and explained that this product was not easy to run, and I wanted to return it. He told me he would be over to my home on Monday evening. This was Friday.....
