OVERALL, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD BE IMPROVED UPON. I THINK THEY ALSO PROMISE MANY THINGS ABOUT THE SYSTEM THAT ARE NOT SO TRUE. I THINK THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE WAY THE PRESENT THE PRODUCT.
