 + -1 moreDennis was professional, thorough, and left what turned out to be the second or third most reasonable quote for the gutter work (of 4 ? 5?) companies we'd spoken with. If we had not chosen Boyles (at about $200 less) we would have probably selected Dennis's company, based on his businesslike quote.
Description of Work: Estimated replacing gutters on entire home incl. 'gutter guard' for 19' of this.

 + -1 moreRain Flow had done satisfactory gutter work for us 10 years ago. We contacted them. They were slow to respond but did come out for estimate. The gutters we needed to tie into the existing gutter system are not being installed by many contractors but Rain Flow said they could do the work. Other than not being very timely in getting the job done we are pleased with the work.
Description of Work: Add gutters to two sides of the house, a new addition.

 + -1 moreI CALLED THIS COMPANY FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO TRY TO GET AN ESTIMATE. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. THEN ONE DAY SUDDENLY DENNIS TURNS UP AT MY DOOR, APOLOGIZES FOR NOT RESPONDING AND GIVES ME AN ESTIMATE. I HIRED HIM TO DO THE JOB BECAUSE HE OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT (AND THUS HIS BID CAME IN LOWER THAN OTHERS) FOR HAVING NOT RETURNED MY CALLS. THE WORK, HOWEVER, HAS TURNED OUT LESS THAN SATISFACTORY. THE GUTTERS LEAK, THEY ARE TILTED THE WRONG WAY, AND I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE TO HAVE THEM REPAIRED. I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

 + -1 moreRAIN FLOW TOOK AN INCREDIBLY LONG TIME TO COME OUT AND INSTALL OUR GUTTERS. AFTER WE GOT THEIR ESTIMATE AND AGREED TO HAVE THEM DO THE WORK, THEY TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO RETURN AND INSTALL THE GUTTERS. PHONE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED AND WE HAD TO INITIATE THE CALLS EVERY TIME. IT WAS ONLY AFTER WE THREATENED TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY DID THEY AGREE TO DROP THE PRICE FROM $338 TO $325 AND ALSO CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE WORKMANSHIP APPEARS SOLID, BUT AGAIN, THE UNRESPONSIVENESS AND TIME IT TOOK FOR THEM TO COME OUT WAS RIDICULOUS. ALSO, I HAVE TO SAY THEY LEFT MORE THAN FEW SCRAPS OF METAL LYING IN THE GRASS AND FLOWERBEDS. I AM STILL FINDING THE SCRAPS A MONTH LATER.
