R. F. D. Performance Maintenance

Raul was recommended by our general contractor to do the electrical work for our extensive remodeling project. We provided Raul a list of the work we wanted done and he provided an estimate. After some discussion of everything that was included in the job, we agreed upon an acceptable price. Raul then did all of this work at the agreed upon price even when a few complications arose during construction. Raul was very diligent in keeping on schedule so as to not impact any of the other work going on. He also was very aware of the electrical codes and ensured that the electrical inspections were passed each time. He would wait around for the inspector to ensure that any issues that were identified could be addressed immediately. The only issue that arose was with a new HVAC unit that drew more power than the old unit and thus required a heavier gauge wire. I was very pleased with Raul's work. The only slight problem I encountered was with his accent when talking on the phone. When we were talking in person, I could always communicate what needed to be done.
